“Lalu Lintas Devisa adalah perpindahan aset dan kewajiban finansial antara penduduk dan bukan penduduk termasuk perpindahan aset dan kewajiban finansial luar negeri antar penduduk.” (Pasal 1 Angka 1 UU Nomor 24 Tahun 1999 Tentang Lalu Lintas Devisa Dan Sistem Nilai Tukar).
